Remote Video Monitoring

Brownstone Security provides remote monitoring of your digital CCTV system from our dispatch center. Brownstone Security provides two different types of monitoring:

In Conjunction with Alarms -
When an alarm is activated Brownstone Security immediately begins remote monitoring of the area affected by the alarm activation. This allows Brownstone Security to determine if this is a "false" alarm and dispatch security or law enforcement authorities as needed. In addition, Brownstone Security can ensure that all information related to the alarm is recorded for proper use later.

Continuous Monitoring
Brownstone Security monitors your CCTV system on a continuous basis, either 24 hours a day or at designated hours, looking for criminal or inappropriate activity at the location. All activity is recorded and upon detection of any criminal or inappropriate activity security, law enforcement or other emergency personnel will be dispatched accordingly.
